Dr Oz talked with actress Jennifer Esposito. She share her health struggles & how she was finally diagnosed with celiac disease. Jennifer also shares her recipe for gluten free blueberry scones! Check out Dr. Oz’s gluten free segment from his show on Monday. Her scones sound really good. 
Honestly, I didn’t even know who Jennifer was until I watched this segment. I’m not a TV watcher. So, I went to her site, Jennifer’s Way, and read her story. Wow! Her story has so many similarities with mine…I love that she wants to help others struggling with learning to live gluten free. Hopefully, Jennifer’s segment on Dr. Oz’s show will be a way for more folks to see themselves or people they love & take action.
